This privacy policy describes how OJCO AB, org. no. 556520-6199, Drottninggatan 60, 252 21 Helsingborg, e-mail: security@ojco.se, (“OJCO”, “we”) collects, uses, discloses and stores your personal information. 1.1 Privacy policy applies when OJCO provides services and products in connection with purchases, rental of data power, customer service matters and other contact with OJCO, such as visits to the website. 1.2 You must always be able to feel safe when you submit your personal information to us. With this Privacy Policy, we want to show how we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with current personal data legislation.

6. Legal basis for OJCO’s processing of your personal data

We base the processing of your personal data on a number of legal grounds described below. 6.1 Fulfillment of agreements: If you are a customer, OJCO processes your personal data in order to fulfill the agreement with you as a customer, to carry out bookings, purchases, simplify administration and order history. 6.2 Consent: For information collected via e-mail address, we rely on consent as a legal basis. For e-mail address, consent is obtained by you having to accept our privacy policy to become a subscriber. 6.3 Balancing of interests: To be able to send you offers about our services, products and events and to make limited segmentation of customers, e.g. based on geography or area of ​​knowledge, a small part of the processing of personal data is based on balancing of interests. OJCO does not process sensitive personal data on the basis of a balance of interests and does not perform any processing that constitutes profiling on the basis of a balance of interests. 6.4 Legal obligation: In some cases, OJCO may have a legal obligation to process your personal data. This applies, for example, to the processing of personal data that we perform in order to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.

7. Profiling

7.1 OJCO may process your personal data through profiling. If you are a visitor, customer or newsletter subscriber, information is analyzed about – how you use OJCO’s websites, – which of our products, services and offers you have been interested in, – which newsletters you have interacted with and events you have signed up for – purchasing information to provide personalized offers that we think are right for you – to invite you to events we think you would like to attend. 7.2 You can object to the processing of personal data by profiling at any time. 8. How long do we store information about you?

8.1 Personal data Personal data is only stored for as long as there is a need to save them in order to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. OJCO may save the data longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements such as the Accounting Act. 8.2 Thinning policy Your personal data is stored in our CRM, invoicing tool and document management system as long as you have purchased, interacted or shown interest in OJCO or until consent is revoked by the customer, or an objection has been received to processing. 9. Who do we disclose personal information to?

9.1 Third parties OJCO may disclose information to third parties, such as OJCO’s other Group companies, partners and providers of card and communication services. OJCO never sells personal data to third parties. Third parties to whom OJCO provides information about a customer may only use the information for the purpose of:

deliver services related to OJCO’s agreement with you as a customer

Other systems: Management of customers in Lime and Office 365.

9.2 In order to comply with applicable legal requirements or requirements from authorities, to safeguard OJCO’s legal interests or to detect, prevent or draw attention to fraud and other security or technical problems, OJCO may disclose personal data if necessary. 9.3 Countries outside the EU/EEA OJCO may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA, if any of OJCO’s suppliers are there. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, OJCO takes measures to ensure that the data is protected and takes measures necessary to legally transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA

10. Changes to OJCO’s privacy policy

OJCO has the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time and will then make a new version available. If the changes require your consent, this will be obtained before the changes take effect.

11. Your rights regarding personal data saved at OJCO

11.1 OJCO is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law. 11.2 At your request or on your own initiative, OJCO may correct, de-identify, delete or supplement personal data that is incorrect, incomplete or misleading. 11.3 You have the right to request:

  • Access to your personal data such as in which registers your personal data is reported in.
  • Correction of your personal data at your request.
  • Deletion of your personal data. If they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, e.g. legal requirements which means that we may not immediately delete your personal data in, for example, accounting and tax legislation.

11.4 You have the right to object to the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of a balance of interests. In that case, OJCO will only continue the treatment if there are legitimate reasons for the treatment that outweigh your interests. 11.5 If you do not want OJCO to process your data for direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing by emailing secruity@Ojco.se. Once we have received your objection, we will stop processing the personal data for these marketing purposes. 11.6 You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, with immediate effect (except where the law on data is required) and free of charge. 12. Email Address Management Policy

We handle your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your e-mail address will not be sold, rented out to another company that is not part of OJCO International AB or its group company.
  • All e-mails are made with technology that does not make e-mail addresses visible to other subscribers.
  • When ordering e-mails such as newsletters, you agree that your personal information: e-mail, company, first name, last name, address, mobile and professional title, may be stored and used within OJCO for ongoing and targeted direct marketing.
  • Information provided using OJCO’s digital services and offerings, together with information collected through the Google Analytics data analytics tools, can be used to customize content, services, direct marketing and advertising.
  • In each mailing, you as a subscriber have the opportunity to unregister from future mailings and the opportunity to have your personal information deleted from the email system.
