Hi Nelly, are you ready for an interview? Let’s start with some basic questions.
How old are you?
Hi! I’m 24 years old.
You’re pretty new at OJCO IT, huh? For how long have you worked here?
Yes, I’m still fairly new. I started at the end of May this year, so what will it be .. ehm, soon 5 months.
I have also heard that you are not only at OJCO IT, what do you have more for you in life?
That’s right. I’m studying my final year at the IT and Economics program in Malmö and this autumn I am in Lund on a media and communication science course, as we have had to choose courses this semester.
What field do you work in when you are at OJCO IT?
I work with marketing and sales.
Okay, let’s do some more in-depth questions.
Can you describe what it means to work with what you do?
I write posts that we post on our website, I create newsletters every month, update our social media and try to come up with a lot of new great ideas to reach out even more. I also do exploration to find potential customers.
What do you consider to be the best thing about OJCO IT and why should customers choose OJCO IT?
Sometimes I think it’s scary how much crime and threats there are out there in the digital world and OJCO IT has really been ahead of our time with the services offered. OJCO has worked with IT security for over 20 years. The services are so incredibly well-crafted and well-thought-out, all to help companies out there. So the best thing about OJCO IT is that we know what we are doing and therefore customers should choose us. Right?
What would you say is the most important thing about IT security?
I would say it is to keep oneself educated and up to date. And also keeping their security solutions up to date as well so that they can handle the cyber threats today. But as I said, I also think it is very important that people stay up to date with what is happening in the world and to be very critical. Don’t believe in all the emails you receive or believe in links online. It’s more deceptive than you think, be critical !!
When is it most fun at work?
That is when you get praise and confirmation of the job you do. When you see that a post is appreciated. Then I think it’s super fun when we discuss different ideas in the office and come up with something really good. Then I get excited and happy!
Now it’s a little more personal questions.
What’s your motto in life?
Hmm, that’s actually a little difficult. But I would probably say that you should enjoy the moment and linger less. It’s so easy to focus on the small negative moments, but instead try to see the positive in the situation. It may sound cliché, but to live more in the present, I really mean it!
Which famous person would you like to have dinner with and why?
Oh, this is easy haha, Beyoncé, every day of the week. I’m a big fan, and have been for a long time. I think we would have an incredible amount to talk about, she’s a smart woman!
What do you prefer to do on days off?
Then I like to go to the forest with my dog Daisy and my partner. I like to go long wlaks and enjoy nature and my company. I also like to spend time with my family very much, we like to go to mom and dad’s garden, Daisy loves to run there haha. I also LOVE to bake.
